Pressure washing in Port St. Lucie
Driveways, pavers, siding, screens and decks. The gray-black film a garden hose only moves around.
What we wash
Driveways, walkways, pavers, siding, screen enclosures, lanais and decks. A driveway here will hold a film for years and people assume the concrete just went that color. Mostly it did not. An afternoon with a washer gets it back.
We use the pressure the material can take so we do not etch the surface or drive water behind a screen. We do not wash roofs.
Pavers
Mid-2000s paver drives in Port St. Lucie go black. Washed at the right pressure, the sand stays in the joints.
Questions we get
- Do you wash roofs?
- No. Roof work is a different trade.
- Can you wash pavers without stripping the joint sand?
- Yes, at the right pressure. We do this a lot on stained paver drives.
