Home watch in Port St. Lucie
Check-ins while the house is closed. AC, water, windows, screens, the yard.
What we do
Walk the house, check that the AC is running, look for water, look at the windows and screens, look at the yard. If a hose has burst or a storm dropped a palm on the lanai, you hear about it while you can still do something from up north, and we can often handle the repair without you flying back.
This is for people who close the place for the summer, or who are gone for weeks. It is not pet sitting and it is not a tenant.
With the yard
A lot of the same customers have us on the beds and hedges so the place does not look empty from the street. Say if you want both.
Questions we get
- How often do you check in?
- We set that with you. Some people want a walk-through every couple of weeks; some want it after a named storm.
- Will you handle a repair if you find one?
- If you want us to, yes. We will call first unless you have already told us to fix what we find under a limit.
