Prep
Sun and a wet season will chalk a poorly prepped exterior in a couple of years. Inside, a stain painted over instead of sealed bleeds back. We scrape, sand, prime and seal what needs it, then put the right material on.
Louise runs the painting. If an association has to approve the color, sort that out before we open a can.
With a wash or a ceiling repair
An exterior that needs paint usually needs a wash first. A ceiling that needs paint often needs the stain sealed. We do those.
