Small jobs
A lot of trades will not come out for two hours. That is why the door still does not latch and the gate post is loose. Those are a normal morning for us.
John Dagenais comes out, looks at the list and prices it. If it is smaller than you thought, he will say that. If it needs a roofer or a full rewire, he will say that too.
Yard work on the same visit
The same people do beds, trimming and washing. If you called about a door and the hedge has closed over the walk, we can do both.
